bullet points

Sorry this needs to be short and to the point.  Karen posting tonight.   Long day & lots to do yet, along with a pounding headache.  Chris is still in the hospital, still has blockage and lots of pain.  They did a CT scan today and will be doing more tests tomoorow to determine if further surgery will be needed.  A GI specialist will be working with Dr.B tomorrow to help plan the course of action.  I will try to update tomorrow night.

Chris also said to tell everyone

A) his cell phone is dying.

B) he has a roommate.

C) he’s doing alright.

D) Vikes suck.  (o.k.-I lied, Chris would NEVER say that- I just wanted to see if you were paying attention)

Have a good night and God bless.

Karen

Thank you so much for the daily updates. It is so great to be able to know what is going on with him. I think about you all more times a day than I can count. Tell Chris, since I am not sure if he is logging in, that I am sending him healing thoughts and prayers every day. He has so many people that care about him. People he does not even know. Take care.

    Hi Chris
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
My muskie fishing trip was fun but was not able to boat a Muskie. We did see some nice fish and I had one on but he was smarter then I was and swam a way.
I have been doing a lot of biking, Just finished the Minneapolis bike tour, 37 miles.
Karen, I have to vote with you on the Vikes.
    With Love
    Loren

    To the entire Baty Family,
First, Karen we love you for your strenght, courage and grace. You inspire us all! We are so thankful that you have keep us up with all of you. There are no words any of us could say to you except we are all here praying and loving all of you. Somtimes we just have to ride things out.. and to be as strong as we can be and to trust that God has a plan (even if we don’t understand it). All we can do is continue to pray for the Lord to wrap all of you in His love and care which all of us are doing every day!!
