Another day, another test

Hello to all!  Karen posting tonight.  Chris is hangin’ out tonight watching the football game.  I beleive he was watching one of the Star Wars movies with his brother earlier.  He’s having a better day today after yesterday’s horrible day.  Yesterday he had a lot of pain.  He was hitting the pain meds pretty hard.  Today he’s feeling much better.  However, his blood pressure and heart rate are both elevated, so he had some more tests today.  He had an EKG this morning, and another CT scan this afternoon.  The EKG came out fine and he will find out the CT scan results tomorrow.  Dr. B. is holding off on the food for another 2 days, which Chris was frusterated with.  He hasn’t had anything to eat or drink since lunch a week ago Friday.  He also knows Belzer probably wants Chris in the hospital at least 2 days after he starts food.

On a new note, my ever budding decorator was at work today.  Brenden started working on some outdoor Halloween decor with Grandma and Grandpa.  I beleive the indoor decorating begins tomorrow.  So if you come to my house, don’t be startled by the scarecrow by the driveway.  We’ll see what else they come up with.  Brenden LOVES to decorate.  Christmas is his favorite time for many reasons.  Jaxson helped Grandpa with some projects today.  Jaxson is all about projects with Grandpa.  It probably takes my dad double the time to do the project, but it thrills his grandson.

Have a good evening and God bless.

Star Wars always makes me feel a little better too. Watching the trilogy (original) repeatedly has healing qualities I’ve heard.
